When The Clouds Come Out To Play And Then Go Away

Big, fat storm clouds of every shade of grey started gathering this afternoon. It was a beautiful sight. In between baking a batch of almond flour thyme crackers, I took a few snapshots over the course of a couple of hours. The weather was chilly and drizzly, but perfect in every way. Sometimes, the shy sun would peak out of the dense blanket of clouds and shine through a shower of mist, producing a faint little rainbow…

In the evening, as the sun started to set, the clouds finally cleared and I managed to get a few pretty shots of orange light. Fudge was out there with me, scuttling about. He was excited about the ducks making a short visit.
